詐騙層出不窮,請小心防範!近來有不法人士假冒以本飯店名義致電消費者,冒稱是蘭城晶英酒店客服人員或假冒為銀行客服人員,詐騙電話號碼經常偽造,開頭多顯示為+886或8863後面加7碼市話號碼,且不是固定號碼,佯稱訂房天數錯誤、刷成團體房、重複訂位、提供8折優惠、儲值卡、信用卡退刷等理由,誘使消費者進行匯款,請勿依指示操作。

謹守防詐騙三不原則 :

1.不操作ATM或網銀。

2.不提供銀行帳戶資料或信用卡資料。

3.不接聽或回撥可疑電話。

  • 開放三個月內的訂位。
  • 網路登記預約後,需收到簡訊或電子郵件通知,始成功完成訂席。
  • 假日每桌最低消費為四人特餐。
  • 非寵物友善餐廳,禁止攜帶寵物入內,不負寵物保管責任。
  • 禁帶蛋糕及外食至餐廳內享用,亦無提供代冰服務。
